KNOW OUR SERVICES
We provide services for the rehabilitation of adults, children and infants with various disabilities and autism through occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech and language therapy, aquatic and psychological therapy. In addition, we offer educational therapies to students from the Department of Education in schools around the entire island. We are the most complete center in Puerto Rico, maximizing the development of capacities to achieve inclusion in the community and improve the quality of life of our patients.
Physical therapy
Through physical therapy services we focus on helping people regain, improve or maintain their mobility and physical function. This therapy is used to treat a wide range of medical conditions, injuries, and diseases, and is performed through a combination of physical techniques and therapeutic exercises.
We assess and treat patients according to their individual needs, using safe and effective methods. Through a combination of physical techniques and therapeutic exercises, physical therapy helps our patients achieve the best possible results in their rehabilitation process.
Occupational Therapy
Through occupational therapy we focus on helping people to carry out the daily activities that are important to their lives. Our occupational therapists work with people of all ages to help them overcome physical, emotional, cognitive, or sensory disabilities that may interfere with their ability to perform basic activities of daily living.
During an occupational therapy session, the therapist assesses the patient's abilities, strengths, and challenges in performing specific activities and then works with the patient to develop strategies and practices that facilitate their ability to perform these activities.
Speech and Language Therapy
Our professionals work on disorders or difficulties that affect the production and comprehension of speech in patients. We evaluate and treat disorders to improve communication and the quality of life of those affected. We use various techniques and exercises to improve articulation, fluency, breathing, and speech-related motor coordination. The therapy can be individualized according to the needs and characteristics of each patient.

Sensory therapy aims to help our patients process and respond appropriately to sensory stimuli from the environment. It is based on the idea that sensory processing problems can significantly affect a person's daily, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
During a sensory therapy session, a trained therapist works to identify difficulties in sensory perception and develop strategies to improve these areas. Therapy may include activities that stimulate or calm the different senses, such as touch, sight, smell, hearing, and taste.
Through psychological therapy we seek to help patients solve emotional problems, overcome difficulties and improve their mental and emotional well-being and it can be done individually or in a group.
Psychological therapy works with the patient to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and to find healthy ways to cope and overcome the challenges they face.
Aquatic therapy, also known as hydrotherapy, is a form of physical therapy that we perform in water. We have an indoor pool with air conditioning and thermal water. We use the aquatic environment to provide a safe and beneficial environment for the treatment of various medical conditions, injuries and illnesses.
During the aquatic therapy session, the patient performs therapeutic exercises and movements under the supervision of a physiotherapist specializing in aquatic therapy. Water provides a series of unique properties that benefit the rehabilitation process and promote faster recovery.
We treat a wide variety of conditions, including sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, neurological conditions, and chronic illnesses. It is a safe and effective way to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote physical recovery.
